This means you do not need to purchase separate Zoo admission tickets while you are a guest. Guests can visit as many times as they like across every day of their stay and also receive a Sneak Peek into the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital.

Yes, a dining credit is provided at check-in and can be applied toward your meal at Warrior Restaurant & Bar.

Pricing & Payment
Prices start from $949 per night and include a welcome gift on arrival, daily breakfast, unlimited Australia Zoo entry, a Sneak Peek at the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital, and a Warrior Restaurant & Bar dining credit. Exclusive packages are available throughout the year — check the website for current offers.
All major credit cards, debit cards, and cash in Australian Dollars are accepted. Bookings can be made via the website or by phone. Full payment is charged in Australian Dollars at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
No, Afterpay, Zip Pay, and other buy-now-pay-later payment services are not offered.

Check-In, Check-Out & During Your Stay
Check-in is available from 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Please advise reception in advance if check-in is required outside these hours.
Check-out is at 10:00am. Late check-out is available on request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply if the property is not vacated by 10:00am unless otherwise arranged.
The Reservations Team is available from 8:00am to 5:00pm AEST for booking enquiries. The Front Desk is staffed 24 hours a day to assist guests.
A complimentary shuttle service runs directly between the Lodge and Australia Zoo for all guests. An accessible and wheelchair-friendly shuttle is also available.

No, for the safety of our animals and guests, we prohibit the use of flying and throwing objects within the Zoo grounds. This includes drones, balloons, and kites.
