The Crocodile Hunter Lodge does not offer payment services such as Afterpay or Zip Pay.
The Crocodile Hunter Lodge offers a complimentary shuttle to all guests visiting Australia Zoo.
Keep up-to-date with the weather around The Crocodile Hunter Lodge by visiting the Bureau of Meteorology and their Sunshine Coast weather forecast. Should the weather take a turn, we’ve got you covered! The front desk has a range of board games for guests to use. The cabins are also equipped with a smart TV, and streaming services for guests to log into. You’ll also find some Crocodile Hunter content on your TV!
The Crocodile Hunter Lodge accepts accommodation bookings through our website or over the phone. Full payment will be charged in Australian Dollars at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The Crocodile Hunter Lodge accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and cash in Australian Dollars only.

Our check-in times are from: 2:00pm - 10:00pm. Please advise reception should you require check-in outside of these hours. Our check-out time is 10:00am. Late checkouts are available upon request and are subject to availability. Additional fees may be applied. A late check-out fee may apply if the property is not vacated prior to 10:00am unless otherwise arranged.
The Crocodile Hunter Lodge offers complimentary WiFi/internet to all guests in their cabins, and within the common areas of the Lodge. WiFi connection instructions will be provided to you upon your arrival at reception.
Please keep an eye out for the confirmation of your booking with The Crocodile Hunter Lodge which should be received on the provided email address. If no email is received within 24 hours, please contact our Reservations Team at reservations@thecrocodilehunterlodge.com.au or by calling (07) 5436 2300.
Our booking confirmation emails can sometimes end up in your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders first. If you have not received a confirmation for your accommodation booking at The Crocodile Hunter Lodge within 24 hours of making your booking, please contact our Reservations Team at reservations@thecrocodilehunterlodge.com.au or by calling (07) 5436 2300.
A booking can be changed up to 7 days prior to arrival date without penalty. If a booking date change is made within 7 days of the arrival date, a change fee equivalent to the first night's accommodation will be charged. If you would like to make changes to your booking please contact our Reservations Team at reservations@thecrocodilehunterlodge.com.au or by calling (07) 5436 2300.
The Crocodile Hunter Lodge provides the following accessible facilities for guests and visitors: Accessible ‘Black Cockatoo’ family cabin - subject to availability. Portable lifts for access into the 25-metre infinity pool. Accessible ramps and walkways throughout The Crocodile Hunter Lodge. Accessible car parking. Complimentary accessible and wheelchair friendly shuttle service between The Crocodile Hunter Lodge and Australia Zoo.
The Crocodile Hunter Lodge is a completely smoking-free premises.
The Crocodile Hunter Lodge offers free onsite parking for guests. Each cabin has an undercover car space for one vehicle. Additional parking spaces are available in front of the lodge. Vehicle height restrictions apply.
The Reservations Team is available from 8:00am to 5:00pm AEST for booking enquiries. The Front Desk of the lodge is manned, by our friendly staff, 24 hours a day to assist guests.
Breakfast at Warrior is included for all guests staying at The Crocodile Hunter Lodge.
Bookings eligible for a dining credit will be displayed prior to booking online and will receive a voucher upon check-in. Please provide this voucher to our friendly Warrior Restaurant and Bar team to apply the credit towards a wild culinary journey.
Whilst domestic animals like dogs and cats are treasured members of many families, they can present hygiene issues and safety risks for other guests and native animals within The Crocodile Hunter Lodge. For these reasons cats, dogs, horses and other domestic pets are not permitted. Registered Assistance/Service and Guide Dogs are permitted, however, prior notice will be required by contacting The Crocodile Hunter Lodge Front Desk on (07) 5436 2300.
